Day 27: As per usual, my adventures always begin with food. I went on this search for the Original Hotcake House…and of course by now, you’d know I decided to walk there. An hour later I arrive and the damn place is closed! Then I walked to Jam on Hawthorne and ordered their “The Bizness”. That did me in. I was in a food coma for the rest of the day. Going into the maze-like vintage stores on the boulevard didn’t help either. After hours of perusing the racks - I had to take a cat nap at Laurelhurst Park. Walked around Chinatown and stopped in on Stumptown coffee. I don’t drink coffee but when the city is known for it’s coffee, who am I to deny it?
